In this video: "Ninjutsu is a set of skills," and I talked about why kihon [basic knowledge] is so important. Without strong kihon, you won't have strong combat/combat skills. It's that simple. Too many people focus on kata, not kihon waza. In fact, kihon [basic knowledge] is primarily used in any radical debate in actual self-defense.

Kihon [basic] is Japanese, meaning "foundation" or "foundation." This term is used to refer to the basic skills taught and practiced as the basis of most Japanese martial arts.

This course is directed at practitioners of ancient Japanese koryu martial arts such as Ninja and Samurai, such as Ninpo and Bujutsu [budo].
