New Huxi Chang Baoqi and other types of breathing
Qigong practice has three main goals: balance, enrichment and mobility. By adjusting your breathing, you balance your qi, increase the abundance of your qi, and create a smooth airflow through your entire system.
The new breath, the respiratory center, is one of many types of breathing defined by the use of constant treasure [long breath]. Many types of breathing have been described over the years. Here are some examples showing the depth and breadth of the breathing concept:
Fuxi - skin respiration [Tixi - body breathing, Dai Maixi - belt breathing]
Dan Tian Hu Xi - Elixir Field Breathing
Taoist Hu Xi - Taoist Breath
Diwu Xinhu West - The fifth door breathing [Shangdan Tianhuxi - Shangdantian Breathing]
Fan Fu Hu Xi - Anti-abdominal breathing [Van Huxi - reverse breathing]
Fan Wei Hu Wei - Back to childhood breathing [abdominal breathing]
Buddhism Breathing - Buddhism Breathing [Normal Abdominal Breathing]
Fu Sui Xi - Skin and bone marrow breathing
Guixi - Turtle Breathing
Sinking - Spiritual Breathing
Tae Hee - Embryo Breathing
Tune - regulate breathing
Promise Hu Xi - Promise Breathing [Ventinel Breathing - Xue Weixi]
阎熙 - Meditation breathing
甄熙 - Real or real breathing
Zhong Rong - the only breath
New respiratory breathing techniques are techniques that do not use chest breathing [using chest breathing]. Breathing is from the movement of the abdomen area [Dandian]. At Xinhu Xigong, you will focus on developing Chang Baoqi and combining it with Buddhism breathing [Buddhist breathing - normal abdominal breathing] and Fan Fu Hu Xi [Taoist breathing - reverse abdominal breathing].
Breathing efficiency is not new. All martial arts emphasize a certain breathing efficiency, and hundreds of years of literature show that Zen practices and others write for the need to improve physical and mental health.
You must start to use the new Tiger Hee Chee to integrate your body and mind. To do this, you first need to focus on the lower abdomen; Xia Dantian [Xia Dantian].
Xin Xi Xichang
Once you feel that you are using the normal abdominal breathing to do the new Huxi, you will want to start practicing so that you can increase the richness of the system. To do this, you must learn to use reverse abdominal breathing to cause repeated breathing and long qi. This can be learned through the following process.
First, stand comfortably, with your feet and shoulders wide, or sit on a straight back chair. Relax, smooth, and breathe evenly.
Reverse Inhalation Procedure - Gently close your mouth, gently touch the upper teeth of the gum line, pull in, and contract your abdominal muscles when inhaling the nose. Inhalation should be very slow and inhale as long as possible.
Reverse exhalation - The mouth opens slightly, the tongue gently touches the lower teeth on the gum line, and extends outwards, expanding your abdominal muscles as you exhale from your mouth. Breathing should be very slow and exhale as long as possible.
Repeat this two-step process for 9 times, 18 or 27 breaths. Start slowly and focus on the breathing process.
Yongquan Lake Xichang Baoqi - "Breath through the feet"
Another awesome sport that uses Chang Baoqi is the "door" breathing. The door is a place, usually an acupuncture cemetery, that allows you to exchange gas with your environment. The two sets of doors used in this exercise are the husband's [cardiac-8] cavity in the palm and the spring cavity [kidney 1] on the sole of the foot. Here, I will describe the "two door breathing" using Yongquan Cave.
To start using your mind to integrate your senses so that they will flow and balance within your body, you can add mental images or visualizations to your exercises. An excellent visualization that balances images and feelings is "breathing through the feet." The point to focus on is the Gushing Springs - Kidney-1, located at the back of the ball and off center.
You should imagine the soles of the feet, because all the nerves of the body will end or connect to the soles of the feet. Acupuncturists rely heavily on the soles of the feet and the nerve endings located there. In addition, the sole of the foot is the point farthest from the heart. You should be aware that the energy flowing to the soles of the feet is the largest possible blood and energy cycle. Moreover, the weight of the entire body is on the feet for most of the day. They are often one of the most overlooked and stressed parts of the body. Raising awareness in this area is beneficial to the entire nervous system.
During the inhalation phase, imagine and feel your breathing in the air, the air flowing from the bottom of the foot, through the Yongquan cavity, up to the top of the head. When you exhale, imagine and feel the opposite, the air flows down your head and then through your feet, through the Yongquan cavity, into the ground. Repeat this operation 9, 18 or 27 times to train and increase Qi Flow
This image and feeling will help you learn how to guide your body through your body and how you feel the airflow.
Tips for health practice
Whenever you practice, you are tired or uncomfortable taking a break. You should stop inhaling or exhaling temporarily, and should not enter and exit quickly to avoid excessive ventilation. Do not hold your breath too much, and do not practice under extreme fatigue, dehydration or fever, loss of balance, or other conditions that may cause a fall or fainting. Rest, proper nutrition and lots of fluids will help your breathing exercises work effectively. Practice each exercise, don't focus on breathing until you remember the process, and then begin to focus on the breath itself.
Sometimes, people who are good, athletic, and shape may try sports like Sinhu Xi Qigong and go too fast because they think they can do things quickly because they are in good health. Remember to be cautious whenever you do something new, in order to minimize your risk to yourself or your health.
Any change in breathing exercises can cause dizziness, "dizziness" and/or heart rate changes. This is the essence of breathing. I hope that you can benefit from the new Hu Xi Qigong and become healthier, so please come slowly! Always maintain a kind of awkward and relaxed attitude. Remember "This is the turtle that won the game."
Using Qigong and Mind Power, you can learn to shape your reality so that you can realize your dreams, health and desires, and show the beautiful world you want to live. This is your health, create it now!
