Pre-insulated pipe panel

We live in a world where adverse climate change responds to extremely high levels of global warming. These effects are not immune to humans, animals, fish, plants and abiotics. Most modern homes cannot be said to be comfortable without proper insulation levels.

Architects in bungalows, skyscrapers and even small houses have taken the necessary steps to rebuild buildings to protect buildings that are intended to avoid excessive and low temperatures.

In the warmer months, effective insulation helps keep warm and cold air in. In the cold months, the opposite is hot and cold air. Sheet metal [such as galvanized steel and aluminum] has been the most commonly used insulation material in buildings for many years. However, these metals are disadvantageous because their prices fluctuate from time to time. Thanks to the booming construction industry. In addition, they can be very heavy and expensive when transported in large quantities. In order to overcome the disadvantages caused by the large use of these metals, glass fiber pipe panels are commonly used.

The insulating properties of glass fiber are far superior to galvanized steel or aluminum. However, one of its main limitations is cost. Glass fiber is more expensive. Galvanized steel, fiberglass and aluminum are widely used in today's industry, and their costs are put aside. In order to reduce construction costs while maximizing the quality of their construction, architects and engineers have reverted to cheaper and more convenient materials. Under these conditions, the insulation form works well. The latest technology in the construction industry has greatly reduced the burden of building quality structures for homeowners because they are the people who bear the cost. The situation is even worse for rental properties because the higher the construction cost, the more expensive they are for those who wish to rent or rent.

The most commonly used materials in foam piping design are polyurethane and phenolic foam. Compared to fiberglass, galvanized steel and aluminum, they are significantly lower in weight and less expensive. These foam duct panels can be used as walls, ceilings, air ducts and floor linings. They can be made rigid or flexible depending on the purpose of the building. Therefore, they can be easily manipulated and constructed to fit the specifications of the architect. In order to revive the insulating properties of the phenolic foam pipe sheets, they are suitably lined with a thin aluminum coating, for example 25 microns inside and 200 microns for external use. Phenolic foam is a plastic resin composed entirely of aldehydes and phenols as main components. Phenolic foam pipe panels can be installed inside or outside the building.

Although sheet metal is very good at providing structural insulation, foam insulation products show some better added benefits compared to the former. A major fact is that their performance in terms of fire resistance and moisture resistance is affordable. The foam produces a very small amount of non-toxic fumes, consisting of a small amount of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide gas, and is rarely burned.
