One of my electronic news subscribers [Jim W. from Tennessee] sent me his hobby information. I like his stories and photos. Jim collects, retools and matches Mustangs. His hobbies have made him a wife for more than 40 years, met as a friend, stayed in touch with young family members, and traveled. He told me that his car hobby even made him young! That is a good thing.
Jim wrote this letter to me: "Mustangs and the people who love them are the two favorite parts of my life! About my hobbies - I am alive and like it. I hope everyone can find something similar. Their things are loved, passionate, and alive!"
Wow! Thank you Jim!
This is my question: What is your hobby?
Here are some of the benefits of having your own hobbies:
This is an important aspect of a balanced life.
from
2. Because this is something you voluntarily enjoy and do, you will become happy whenever you find yourself doing your own hobby.
from
A hobby will challenge your mind and strengthen you psychologically.
from
You become better at managing your time [so you can reach your hobbies].
from
Interested in calming you down.
from
6. You will never feel bored and do nothing. Your hobby will always fill your free time there.
Your hobby can be anything you like to do. It doesn't need to be expensive or taken away from other important parts of life. When you find a hobby that suits you, you will find it to be a perfect friend, ready to accept your chance.
So I ask again: What is your hobby?
If you don't have a hobby or you are looking for another hobby - here is a list of hobbies you should check and choose.
