Why Tai Chi is the ultimate art of performance

Ancient China is full of Taoist good stories with magical power. Although some of these ancient stories seem to be far removed from the modern minds, and some stories may indeed be generously modified, there is a core of truth in the truth. A so popular Taoist practice that has entered our modern world is the art of Tai Chi [note that this is also spelled "Tai Chi" Pinyin Romanization].

Millions of people around the world use this complex and simple practice as a holistic health activity, and some use it as a martial arts discipline. No matter which one you use, it helps to cultivate the most underdeveloped sense of "five senses" – "tactile". These energetic skills are considered a bridge to enhance your intuition and expressiveness.

Although this may sound "not enough", please allow me to explain why this is actually very reasonable. Let us consider the following facts. Our thinking determines how we feel and how we move our bodies. This is a perfect example of using your mind to show up in the physical world. The interface of the physical world is your body. Before you stand up from the chair and walk outside the door, you must first think of it. Then, your thoughts will create a game plan - in an instant - how you will play this game plan. Which leg, which arm will you move, which direction you will go to... all of this is in the mental blueprint [your own non-physical aspect] before your muscles [in your own body] . This event will immediately come to your mind, but it will take at least a few seconds or minutes before your body can fully play the entire event in the physical world. There is a lag between the mental blueprint and the physical performance of the blueprint.

"Expression" is a hot topic in today's self-development literature. Not long ago, it was downgraded to the back seat of science - more in the field of metaphysics and new-age research. However, as our understanding of mind/body connections matures, we can see that some of the things in the above examples are just a secular example of performing art.

At a higher level, experts have mentioned how concentrating and how to perform this operation rigorously and effectively will lead you to take action and increase your chances of showing up in the physical world. You will also attract a lot of energy to support you. Traditional Tai Chi provides special training techniques to stimulate your thinking through synchronized movements of the body. That's why, for centuries, those who practiced these tai chi techniques showed amazing skill and longevity, as well as a higher quality of life. They are practicing the performance of turbocharging.

However, this is a small secret that too few Tai Chi practitioners do not use. They don't realize that they can take too much of the spirit and energy skills of Tai Chi and apply them to express their lives. The way to do this is to focus on developing "yi" or "spiritual intent" because it is translated from Chinese.

The problem is that most people rely too much on the movements and physical techniques of memory Tai Chi, rather than trying to energize those "actions" with strong meditation. When people understand and use yi, they begin to show the energy aspects of Tai Chi more deeply. These energetic aspects include: stronger "qi" life [vigor], wisdom, ability to improve art or problem solving, inner peace and spiritual wisdom. Those energies become more than the energy of ordinary people.
