What happens when you change the roof? - Feng Shui perspective

The house can and live longer than people. On a regular basis, the house needs a new roof. Professional roofers recommend building a new roof every 20-30 years. In classical feng shui, we know that the internal energy of the house is captured during construction, especially when the roof is installed, and the direct energy of the sun is enclosed in the house. In the case of a multi-storey home during the construction process, the roof can be carried out before the ceiling or ceiling.

Therefore, a common problem for feng shui customers and students is whether the removal of the roof will change the inherent and semi-permanent energy inside the house. The answer to this question is multifaceted and depends on many situations. But in most cases, if the roof is removed and the ceiling is intact, the original energy of the house will not change or "escape." These are also things to consider when a person adds a second story and how they do it.

We call this energy a flying star, or a flying star map of a house, which is a combination of energy from above "the heavens" and "the earth." It is a combination of time and space components that ultimately has a substantial and lasting impact on those living in houses or buildings.

The ceiling will be the second roof, so unless the main part of the roof and ceiling is removed at the same time, you will not see significant changes in the energy inside the house. The same is true for ordinary small sunroofs, although the roof and ceiling are cut. If it's a small opening, not an atrium size, then this would be a problem.

Similarly, people are now adding solar panels to their roofs, and people want to know if there is such a feng shui effect, I don't think so. In fact, when it comes to adding solar panels to the roof, it actually considers not the "building" situation, but actually removes the roof, which is more of a disturbance to the area.

There are also some well-known practitioners who say that you can change the star map of the house by removing several roof tiles. I disagree. There is also a very famous writer who says that if your roof tiles are blue, you will encounter some serious misfortunes. To be honest, I don't think this is true at all. But everyone should know that the real goal of accepting feng shui advice is to give someone with more skills to control their own destiny rather than scare people. Few real or perceived feng shui defects can cause serious accidents or disasters in one's life. It is often necessary to accumulate a lot of imbalances and for a period of time before the momentum can form any important event.
