Use Qigong to cancel your toes!

Are you stupid? Do your best not to curse. It activates the "poor syndrome." Don't jump up and down, say "once" one million times to your "poor" toes. Relax. Completely relaxed. Try this trick:

1. Rest your toes on the surface you step on... [you don't need 100% accuracy]
