The secret of karate breathing technology

If you are an ordinary person, you may still be alive, but you are not breathing. . . That's right, that's it. Americans think that breathing is a matter of course, but do you know that this is really an important exercise? Proper breathing techniques stimulate heart activity, increase blood circulation, excrete carbon dioxide from the blood, and make muscle coordination better and more active. But hey, so many of us are addicted to shallow breathing, mouth breathing and some of us - in a moment of concentration - even forget to breathe!

In karate, you need to gain maximum physical and mental strength at critical moments. Usually you will be surprised by your opponent; he puts you at a slight disadvantage. You become excited and blush; you miss a heartbeat; wheezing! That is your karate breathing exercise will come to your rescue. These exercises will train your body to operate at peak efficiency, even at extremely dangerous times, after proper execution! Even if you don't realize that you are caught, there is no success, and you will be able to successfully defend yourself.

Appropriate posture

The most important prerequisite for proper breathing is completely independent of the respiratory system. This is the correct posture! If your shoulders are leaning forward. . . Your neck is drooping. . . Your belly is raised... If your spine bends as you walk, your back looks like the letter "S", then brother, pay attention! You can learn all the skills and principles of karate, but without the correct posture, you will not be able to perform the correct breathing exercises. Now solve standing upright, back straight, look up, shoulders backwards. Now we will describe the most popular breathing positions.

position

The first breathing technique is easy to perform. Stand straight, put your arms on your body, relax your abdomen, and look up. Exhale completely. Then wait a minute. Inhale now. Hold your breath for a second, then exhale. This is the basic breathing exercise. It teaches you to control your breathing muscles and proper lung filling.

Another exercise in the standing position is done by holding the hand behind the neck. As you exhale, you stretch your hands as far as possible and stretch backwards, stretching your arms as you inhale. This has been done many times.

Or do the third exercise as follows: First, raise your arms to the top of your head. Bend forward and touch your toes while exhaling. Return to the original position when inhaling. This breathing exercise does remove impurities from the lungs.

The fourth method of breathing exercise when standing is: erect. Place your arms in front of you and level with your shoulders. When you breathe, you put your hands back on your shoulders. Bend your elbows, but make sure they are at the same level as your shoulders. Force your elbows back. This method helps to expand the front chest.

The fifth method was dubbed the "Swing Boat" exercise. After exhaling, bend the body to the right and lift the left arm up while inhaling; then lower the arm and return to its original rigid position when exhaling. Then bend your body to the left, raise your right arm while breathing, and return to the original upright position when exhaling. This method helps to lift the lower ribs.

Learn the correct breathing skills and your karate will improve.
