The secret of core energy meditation

In this article, I will introduce my process of entering the Core Energy MeditationTM secret. I will describe the roots and development of this technology so that you can understand how it works and why. This information will help you use Core Energy MeditationTM to achieve what your soul really wants – whether it's health, wealth, love or other powerful possibilities.

The more you know about things, the more trust you have in it, and the more it affects you.

Core Energy MeditationTM is designed to:

  • Relax and strengthen energy,
  • Unleash negative emotions and increase positive emotions,
  • Clear and focused, and
  • Strengthen your sense of spiritual connection, real possibilities and purpose of life.

Core Energy MeditationTM allows you to change your presence and provide you with the skills to help you in every aspect of your life. These include relaxation, concentration, observation and separation of the ability to limit thoughts and feelings, to visualize, feel and perceive inner guidance. As you develop these skills, you can better understand who you are, what you are doing here, and how to behave in the world.

Core Energy MeditationTM is rooted in the energetic anatomy of Qigong, the philosophy of Taoism and Kriya Yoga, physics, biofeedback and the latest research from HeartMathTM, and my interactions with countless teachers and students. From this complex network, Core Energy MeditationTM becomes a universal and comprehensive system of personal growth and spiritual development. It is the most powerful transformation tool I have found.

beginning

My journey to Core Energy MeditationTM began in the summer of 1984. I just graduated from St. Petersburg. The University of Philadelphia in Joseph was inspired by the idea of a western backpacking trip. I am definitely a city boy, did not do any backpacking trips, and never surpassed the Mississippi River.

In August of that year, I drove through Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and Wyoming. I explored the Canyonlands, the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone National Park. What impressed me the most on this trip was the crystal clear sky [you can see miles in this area], quiet and still. I absorbed these three qualities that month.

When I was sitting on a plane flying home, I clearly remembered my feelings. I have an overwhelming satisfaction. I am completely calm, my thoughts still exist, and I have no attachment to anything. I'm free. Three things have become clear for that detached experience: 1. I found that this state is possible, 2. I found that I needed a break to get to that state, and then I wanted to stay. In that state, find a way to reproduce it, deepen it, and extend it.

Coming back from my trip, I am in a new position to learn and grow. I am looking for ways to make this transcendent experience a part of my life. About a week later, I returned to the postal education directory. Through browsing, I found a teacher named T' ai Chi, a teacher named Andrew Heckert and a secret #1 course.

Secret #1

In the fall of 1984, I started T' ai chi.

At T' ai Chi, I learned to relax deeply and feel my inner energy. I started to learn energetic anatomy and daily practice. I found that by doing something everyday, I can learn a whole new skill. with Change my life experience. I learned the first secret of physical and mental training - Xia Dantian, the energy center of my lower abdomen. T' ai chi taught me to focus on the lower Dantian as a way to reposition and develop my consciousness. I learned to practice lower Dantian breathing and to be more present and aware both internally and externally.

I found that the lower Dantian is a series of intricate energy centers, precise directions, and a part of the path or meridian that spreads life energy through my body. T' ai chi identifies three major energy centers, ie lower dantian or body from

Center [in the lower abdomen], in the middle of Dantian or heart from

Center [in the center of the chest], and the upper dantian or mind center [in the center of the brain]. T' ai chi focuses on the abdomen energy center, the center of the body to establish presence and vitality.

For the next twenty-five years, I have been studying T' ai chi and related practices in Qigong meditation. Through these exercises, I learned to understand my posture and relax my tension. I learned to perceive, collect, move and store life energy. I learned the secret #1: Reduced Dantian's breathing.

Secret #2

In 1998, a book called "The HeartMathTM Solution" was published. Although I have been exposed to heart-centered training in other disciplines, HeartMathTM hit the head. In HeartMathTM, I discovered extensive research and proven practices for training heart strength. HeartMathTM research shows that the electromagnetic field of the heart is by far the strongest field in your body. It is up to 5000 times stronger than the field produced by your brain.

In addition, by generating core emotions in the mind space, you can dramatically change your experience. A core mood of gratitude, gratitude and trust will bring your heart, mind and brain together, allowing your entire system to work together. Your brain waves slow down, your heart rate becomes more consistent, your breathing deepens, your digestion and immune response improve, and you have general enthusiasm and happiness. You can learn to self-generate this state and use it to release negative emotions and solve the challenges in your life.

Focusing on the center of your heart, the heart feels free to transform your energetic vibrations into a positive state. This is the secret #2.

Secret #3

In 1994, I began to receive training in the Reiki self-repair system. At the launching ceremony of this exercise, my brain center experienced a stinging sensation. This sting is getting stronger and stronger during the day. It's like the center of my brain, then my upper brain is full of energy. Until today, whenever I focused on the center of my brain, that feeling of energy was immediately there. My aura tutor said that I was experiencing the opening of my high-level brain center, but they had no more to say, so I began to study the significance of this event.

In 1997, when I saw an advertisement for a book written by Kriyan traditional teacher Roy Eugene Davis, I flipped through a magazine. This book is called "The Seven Practices of Conscious Life." I feel very strong about this book, just like when I first saw T' ai chi's advertisement. I know this is what I need to explore.

The Kriya Yoga Tradition is a whole body practice that involves your thoughts, body, energy system, diet and meditation. However, the focus of Kriya yoga practice is to develop the center of the upper brain and the center of the mind. The result of Kriya Yoga practice is to calm the nervous system and open a clear sense of consciousness. In that clear consciousness, you gradually understand that you are the expression of the life we share.

In 2008, I discovered how to fine-tune clues to develop a mind center. Dr. Les Fehmi of the Princeton Biofeedback Institute found that through Open-Focus training, you can develop a sense of space, silence and timelessness to promote an open, clear and spacious sense of experience. This immersive attention can relieve stress and quickly and effectively clear the center of the mind.

Through Reiki, Kriya Yoga and Open Focus Training, I discovered how to motivate, clear and concentrate the mind center. This is the secret #3.

Secret #4

Because of these first three secret journeys, I left three different practices, each of which developed an aspect of my existence. What I am looking for is a practice of linking all three together, and it develops and integrates all three at the same time.

So I started working on these three practices in a logical order. I did qigong breathing to enhance the life energy in the center of my body, create a core mood in the center of my heart, and focus on open, clear, spacious consciousness in the center of my heart. To connect them together, I focused on connecting the three vertically through the central passage of my body. Opening and clearing this central channel is Secret #4.

Since I have achieved good personal success in this sequence, I am looking for a model to explain and teach others.

In Qigong, there are three energy centers and energetic maps connecting them to the central passage, but there is no formal way to use this model simply and directly. I realized that what I found was an ideal way to handle the quality of each energy center and the way they were connected through a central channel. Each of these energetic anatomical features adds quality and dimension to your energy vibration: the center of the body adds strength and vitality, the center of the heart adds positive emotions, and the center of the mind adds clarity, central channel By connecting energy, coherence is added together, allowing you to act as a synergistic whole.

When I used this intrinsically energetic template, I found myself expanding and integrating. I feel very good about myself. I now have an exercise that addresses every aspect of my existence and actively integrates them. Because this dynamic template represents our core, I call it Core Energy MeditationTM. In Core Energy MeditationTM, you'll find yourself in these four dimensions and learn to use the perceived quality of these four energies...
