The importance of exhalation and health

We all need to breathe to survive. In fact, it is hard to connect to our brains. How long can you hold your breath before you start breathing again? Time varies from person to person, but you can't help but start breathing. This is because breathing, like all other important functions of the human body, is unconsciously controlled by the brainstem. Your heart pumps yourself. Your stomach and small intestine digest your food without your guidance. Breathing is vital to life, and breathing is critical to quality of life.

Breathing technique and gas

Breathing is closely related to the development of gas. In fact, for this purpose [and health], there is a whole set of breathing exercises combined with body movements: Qigong. How we breathe is more important than you think.

Most of the time, you hear people say that you should take a deep breath, but what is deep breathing? When you inhale through your nose, the air will enter your lungs. As your lungs fill up to near capacity, your diaphragm will drop, making room for your lungs to fill your capacity. Your chest and abdomen will expand with the air you inhale. This is what they mean when you hear someone mention abdominal breathing.

When you inhale, you are guiding the gas to the body of the body. There is a point below the navel, so the importance of full breathing. Inhaling in this way, keeping and exhaling breathing not only activates and strengthens your qi, but also controls your qi.

Respiratory stress reduction

Proper breathing is also good for stress. When we take a deep breath, we are increasing the amount of oxygen in the body system. Oxygen is essential for the proper functioning of all internal organs, especially the brain. Physical dysfunction can lead to a variety of stress, body and mood. The key here is not just breathing, but calming, deep, and deliberately breathing.

First, let yourself get out of stressful environments [at least for a while]. Find a quiet place without distractions and excessive stimulation. You need a calm environment so you can relax more easily. Whether you are sitting down, standing up, or lying down, make sure your back is straight. Bad posture can affect your breathing more than you think. Once positioned, please think carefully. Inhale and exhale slowly, don't rush to breathe.

All of this seems to be obvious. When we need to calm down, most of us are told to breathe and count to 10, but the deliberate behavior of deep breathing requires more attention, and this seems to be worthwhile, which is the key factor. Focusing on your breathing forces you to pay attention to current and current efforts. If there is no past and future that makes you regret or worry, your stress will be alleviated. Increased oxygen and a more efficient cycle will provide your brain with much-needed oxygen and nutrients. You may also find that after you stop paying attention to it, you can better handle [or think about] the things that put pressure on you. Breathing can help provide some perspective.
