Sun Tzu's Art of War - Strategic Planning and Implementation

In the first part of the first chapter of Sun Tzu's Art of War, it was pointed out that launching a war is vital to the country because it can determine whether it survives and whether it will prosper or be destroyed. There is no between the two. Initial planning and evaluation are critical because of the high risks.

Which area should the ruler see before deciding to participate in the war? The grandson proposed these five main areas, which are divided into seven sub-areas.

We can see from these works that the grandson is a very meticulous person, because he broke these five points into the dimension that people should pay attention to. For example, he breaks down the terrain into high or low, near or far, wide plains or narrow paths, dangerous or inaccessible or the weather is broken down into cold or hot, night or day and which season it is.

The 5 areas and 7 sub-areas are:

1] Political leadership of the ruler

2] The weather in which the battle took place

3] The terrain where the battle took place

4] At the helm, the person who commanded the battle
