Should college athletes pay?

University sports bring large sums of money every year at the university level. These courses bring $30 to the university and college each year, sometimes even $40 million, and players can't get anything. These players are those who rest day-to-day for college days and can't share the money. For me, this seems unfair. I know what you are thinking: these student athletes are receiving free education or receiving scholarships to play at that university. For me, this is the least thing they can do.

When I watched college football on Saturday, I saw fans filled with stadiums cheering fans for paying a lot of money for the tickets I paid. What business can run a company instead of paying workers' salaries? You will think that I am talking about the countries of the third world! Please pay the player now!

Think about this: Most college coaches get a six-figure salary - college courses and small courses. Some of these college coaches have received shoe contracts, some have received T.V. and radio contracts and many other benefits. In addition, if they are a good coach and win the game, they will work for another coach who gets more money and more extra allowance elsewhere! Student athletes can't get anything, what should be done for me. Please pay the player now!

They will always tell you that athletes are receiving free education, free books, free accommodation and university education opportunities, which will last a lifetime. So! Pay the player! I think the whole university is a slave labor! The coach makes a lot of money with the support of these players. You will hear stories about college athletes taking money or getting paid under the table. You will hear the story of the player getting the car and a lot of cash, and you will hear the story of the player getting all of this and more. You heard that the player's family has a car and a house to attend the university course. This has always been done secretly!

Why do players bring this money to their families, cars and houses, etc? One reason is recruitment; some university courses believe that in order to get an important college freshman, they must provide these things. Some college courses [not all] must give these children something. Some of these players come from bad backgrounds, so getting money for these kids is a big deal, especially if the players and their families don't have money anyway.

Working very hard as a college athlete. At the time of the first placement, these players invested a lot of hours - every day of the week. They go to class all day, then practice after practice, go to dinner if you can, and then go to study. All of this now sounds simple, but these student athletes spend a lot of time. Then the coach wants more. There may be movies to study, and sometimes they will be seen by sports coaches. As a student athlete, you must focus on your learning and athletic performance, otherwise they will try to get rid of you.

College sports are hard. Sometimes at the end of the day you are exhausted, don't want to learn, or if they offer some kind of desk for the player, you may not be fully focused, and often your attention is elsewhere. Think of millions of people who work every day. They work long hours and may take a long time to and from home. I am sure that the last thing people want to do is spend more time doing more work. Most staff want to relax, maybe drink beer, then watch some T.V. and then call it. The biggest difference is that they get paid for services and time, while college players don't.

One of the reasons why most college athletes do not receive a university degree is their training and competition. There is a lot of pressure on things to do, some things will fall, and some things are their education. As we all know, college coaches seem to be related to student athletes and their scholars, as long as the athlete can help win the game.

For most college athletes, when their qualifications are exhausted, college courses no longer need their services. Why are they? For four years, these college courses have killed these young men and women every day. The university program has gained everything they can get from these players, and then some. At the university or at any level, it just wins the game and brings in a lot of money.

Look at baseball; if a high school baseball player is really good, he can get a contract with the Major League baseball team. Sometimes this quote is $200,000, and I have heard that this quote is as high as $2 million. Now, if the high school baseball player takes the money, they will lose college qualifications. Some high school baseball players transfer money to the university, where they can get better, improve their baseball skills and be selected again by the Major League team. Many high school baseball players take money and seize the opportunity to try to play in the main league. Many players have never entered a major slam. Some people play in the minor league for many years until they realize that their dreams in the majors will not happen and they will turn to other things.

Once you take the money, you can't go back and try to play college baseball. The same is true of all other sports. You will have high school basketball players trying to enter the NBA; you have young people trying the NFL. Many athletes have never given an educational opportunity, and many people at the university have never received a degree.

University athletes struggle with their scholars. Many people did not graduate, and some gave up completely. College track and field is not for everyone, and many student athletes can't cut it so pay the price of the player! Pay some price for all their time and effort!

This is wrong when these college projects are playing bowl games and let the player carry millions of players and the player has nothing to gain. When it's "March Madness" college basketball time and millions of people stick to T.V. for a few hours a day and the players go all out - they still have nothing!

Why do paying players have problems? Schools are earning millions of dollars anyway. This is not Mexico or China, workers get $1.00 an hour, earn billions of dollars for some companies - you know slave labor!

Why do you think players get funding from many external sources? Why are players banned for violating the rules of the team? Why do college courses have to be tried? It's all because of money. You have many players from a weak background and there is no money at home. If these disadvantaged young student athletes have to pay for college fees, most athletes will not go to college at all.

Some student athletes come from a less-than-good background in the education system. Their school district is underfunded and poorly managed. For many student athletes, their way out is to receive full-time sports scholarship education. Participating in sports is their future. Many student athletes only pay attention to sports and think that one day they will play well among professional players. Therefore, when some student athletes hang money in front of them, the temptation must be overwhelming!

Over the years, we have been hearing stories of players and coaches getting into trouble due to money. We have heard about the entire university course being killed by the NCAA because of the money given to the players. Why are they doing this? Why is money a problem? One reason is because it is easy to get certain types of players from certain backgrounds. University college courses can only survive with college students, so they pay them. We all know that paying college athletes is wrong [set according to NCAA guidelines]. But this rule needs to change now.

If college athletes receive scholarships, they can get paid. If the player gets paid, then I believe that you will have more college graduates graduating from college, because working hard in the classroom will have more motivation. Larger universities pay more for college coaches based on their performance, and players should be paid.

If the player gets paid, then this corruption will stop. There are no more boosters to pay for players, no more college players to sell their shoes, no more college players to work, and only a few hours to pay for their big money. This is very difficult for student athletes! Did you know that non-student athletes can find jobs to earn extra money and can work on their schedules but student athletes cannot find jobs before the end of the school year and that they have a limited type of work they can have.

In college sports, rules are unfair to college athletes! The venue is unequal. Pay the player!
