Qigong Training Part III - Simple Practice of Creating Rich Qigong with Three Balls of Energy Qigong

Spheres, circles and spirals are shapes that appear in nature. They appear because these rules are used in the rules governing energy and its physical manifestations. The first basic shape of the sphere can be used for Qigong exercises to show you plenty of air inside.

Do you realize that your reality shows the possibilities of the future through your words, your actions and your beliefs. It is easy to see that everything that exists in reality has been reflected in the same, single, universal energy. Qi is a manifestation of this universal energy in your body, you can balance, enrich, and allow flow to maintain your body, mind and spirit at a high level of positive vibration or consciousness.

In the Yijing [Book of Changes, 1122-1115 BC], it was said that "one yin and one yang are called Tao." The Tao is the universal force that identifies the first aspect, the Promise, which begins to express reality, the universe, and everything we create and experience. In essence, the Tao manipulates the Promise, then derives the yin and yang, and evolves from two opposite aspects of the natural cycle [the universal law of energy].

MIND POWER and QIGONG

Wallace Wattles says, "There is a thing of thought that can be used to make everything, and infiltrate in its original state, infiltrating and filling the gaps in the universe." He continued, "an idea, in What is produced in this material is the image of thought."

This is the key to creating richness through your body. A thought can be used to express a rich gas through your body. IDEAS can be created using ideas. When you decide and believe in your ideas, they will show up in action. Your action will then display the results.

Using the power of your thinking and visualization, you can dig into your subconscious mind and then connect with the universal energy to express your ideas into results. The sphere is a shape that most people can easily see, it is the basic concept of Qi creation.

Dantian - a sphere of energy storage

There are some places in your body that you can express and store. These places are called "elixir fields". There are three main days in the human body. The lower abdomen of Xia Dantian [Xia Dantian] is about three or four fingers wide below the abdomen. "Zhongdantian" [Zhong Dantian] is located in the lower chest of the diaphragm. The "Shang Dan Tian" [Shang Dantian] is considered to be the entire brain, and its center is the pituitary / pineal region.

Dantian Qigong breathing method

In order to build gas in the Lower Dandan, you will need to use a breathing method called "Fire" [starting the flame], and then build the gas in the other two days, you will need to use your wisdom [wisdom] to lead the Qi [energy]. To complete this breath, you must learn to rotate dan tian using the following method.

Inhalation - When you inhale, pull your abdomen toward your booth, pull it out from QiHai [Co-6], then up the diaphragm, lift the abdomen floor, HuiYin [Co-1].

Exhale - When you exhale, you push the abdomen outward to QiHai [Co-6] and then push down to HuiYin [Co-1]

In the process, you generate gas [energy] in the "Danlu" [the tincture furnace] that Taoism calls.

Lower Dantian Movement

Start positioning - Start with two palms that cover QiHai [Co-6] and knee flexion, making your thighs at a 45-degree angle to the floor.

Inhale - Use your toes to grab the floor like a cat, inhale and pull your spell, then rise down until your knees barely bend. Simultaneous imagination [thinking power imagination] Your feet and legs are large straws that you will use to absorb energy from the Earth to the Lower Dandan.

Exhale - Relax your toes and push QiHai outwards. When you bend your knees back to the starting position, push HuiYin down to the starting position. At the same time, the visualization energy is expanding and pushing outwards like the lower sky. If it is full of air, the balloon will swell. This brings Qi to the next Dantian.

Zhongdantian Sports

Start positioning - Start with two palms that cover QiHai [Co-6] and knee flexion, making your thighs at a 45-degree angle to the floor.

Inhale - Use your toes to grab the floor like a cat, inhale and pull your spell, then rise down until your knees barely bend. Simultaneous imagination [thinking power imagination] Your feet and legs are large straws that you will use to absorb energy from the Earth to the spine [another pipette] and to the middle of the dantian [located in the diaphragm/lower ribs].

Exhale - Relax your toes, exhale, push QiHai outward, push HuiYin down to the starting position. At the same time imagine that the energy is expanding and pushing outward in the middle, just like a balloon will expand when it is full of air. This brings Qi to Zhongtian.

Upper Danda Movement

Start positioning - Start with two palms that cover QiHai [Co-6] and knee flexion, making your thighs at a 45-degree angle to the floor.

Inhale - Use your toes to grab the floor like a cat, inhale and pull your spell, then rise down until your knees barely bend. Simultaneous imagination [thinking power imagination] Your feet and legs are large straws that you will use to absorb energy from the Earth to the spine [another pipette] and the upper layer of Dantian [in the brain/pituitary-pineal region].

Exhale - Relax your toes, exhale, push QiHai outward, push HuiYin down to the starting position. At the same time, the visualization energy is expanding and pushing up the upper part outwards, just as the balloon expands when it is full of air. This brings Qi to the upper Dantian.

I suggest that you practice the first week of practice every day before proceeding to the next exercise. Have at least 36 breathing cycles. In the fourth week, you can successfully complete 36 cycles per day. After 4 weeks, your system should have a strong and healthy atmosphere.
