One of the hardest things to say about Western ways of thinking [in terms of healing compared to Eastern practice] is that one's self truly controls his or her own thoughts. In turn, these ideas help everyone's well-being. The correct term is to use "positive ideas" to overcome negative patterns that spread all diseases and diseases.
If we are willing to accept this as a prerequisite for our own self-healing, then our people with post-traumatic stress disorder [PTSD] need to diligently record our thoughts. In the case of past trauma, negative thoughts are repeated and re-emerged in our visualization, letting us fall into the past. The good news is that we can use an energy tool [regardless of what our religious beliefs are] that can be used to overcome this thinking.
I am referring to the practice of using Qigong and/or Aiki universal energy. Getting this kind of healing connection with our higher power [Jesus is mine] depends entirely on the person who calls for this energy. I use the word "source" because if it is considered to be the most respected master, then every energy that represents higher power [whether Christ, Buddha, Taoism or the universe] can be used. The key is to ask our sources to use our own advanced self to help ourselves or others heal before we start. This way we can protect our limited power and call on the universe to provide the extra power needed to begin the direction of treatment. If we don't do this, then we are running out of our energy and hurt ourselves by consuming our "qi". Therefore, we self defeat the entire purpose of healing!
If we don't even realize that they are stealing our precious vital energy for ourselves and putting us in a dilapidated state, then there are other forces that can do this. These can be achieved by other people or events. This is where the term "energy vampire" is quoted. An example comes from people with obvious mental or qigong/aura capabilities and uses them to consume the victim's "qi" and increase their own energy, strength and strength. This is a complete violation of the overall philosophy of using this energy to promote the health of individuals and others.
One way to stop this energy attack is to call on our higher power to place a white light around us and ask to block our negative sources. In Qigong, we also put our index fingers on the thumb of each hand and then walk backwards from the person we think is consuming us. If we turn away and go out, negative energy can follow and invade us.
Surprisingly, energy vampires may be members of our own family, or just acquaintances who appear in a room [because they are constantly drowsy, negative energy] may run out of us. Next time you feel a little power, ask for your higher energy!
