Progress is faster... do nothing? (Wu Weidao's philosophy)

Have you ever heard of the Taoist philosophy of Taoism/Tao? In this video, I will share how to make more progress by simply choosing not to do anything to use these ideas.

It's easy to fall into doing / having / more hype. When does the cycle end?

In Steven Covey's words, "This is what you do before you really need to do something, which is important." Usually people never stop to really think about why they do what they do, if necessary.

Earthbender King Bumi described the concept of "neutral jing" in "Avatar: The Last Airbender". That is to say, it is important to reduce, not increase, daily.

Bruce Lee also talked about the importance of destroying unnecessary. Chris Hadfield talked about his comments on "zero" in his book last month.

For example, you are in a conversation. How can you apply this Wu Wei philosophy? You can focus on staying neutral. hearing. be quiet. Allow them to lead conversations and share what they want. By doing this, you will learn more about them.

I really like this idea and continue to thank you for watching.
