Create a target image that expresses your motivation to reach your goal

Here are a few examples of what your picture might look like. If you want to be free by owning your own business, then your most powerful image is to imagine what you do yourself only if you have the freedom to set your own schedule. If your wish goes to Europe, then the image of the money you need to get there may not be as powerful as you would imagine watching a guard changing at Buckingham Palace. If your goal involves improving relationships, such as wanting to stop a meaningless debate with your brother, then you must focus on yourself.
