Indoor cycling classes, often referred to as revolving courses, are becoming an increasingly popular group fitness option. They not only have a small impact, but also provide excellent aerobic exercise in a fun, stimulating environment.

Of course, music plays a big role in the degree of enthusiasm. If you like these songs, you may work harder and get more benefits from the classroom. Most teachers have a list of assemblies, but they always agree with the recommendations. If you are not a tech or hip hop music lover, you will be happy to know that there are several proven real classic rock stars that are perfect for indoor riding.

There are no special sequences, here are the five classic rock songs of the cycling course:

Cream "crossroads" from

 : Ginger Baker, Jack Bruce and Eric Clapton's driving rhythm and brilliant musicians, collectively known as Cream, really pushed the four-minute classic to speeding. Clapton's solo guitar solo at 1:30 and 2:35 minutes is the ideal "advance". When the work level is close to the peak, the "crossroads" are the perfect choice for the middle part of the classroom.

Aerosmith's "The Train Keeps A' Scrolling": from

 The heavyweight bass guitar and medium-speed rhythm make this song a great choice for a closed climb. By capturing the beat at a moderate level of resistance, your heart rate will definitely stay the same.

"China Grove" by The Doobie Brothers: from

 Everyone knows this song of Doobie Brothers, so this is a good warm-up option, so everyone goes into the bush, the wrong, the groove. Lively and energetic enough to make your legs really warm.

Jimi Hendrix's "Fire": from

 This Hendrix classic is perfect for sprinting. The guitar solo and chorus sections are quite short episodes for four sprints of almost the same duration.

Peter Frampton said: "Do you feel like us?": from

 The final "Can I end this song?" Choose. The live marathon version can be used for standing and separation climbing, flat road work and anything else. Each of its lengths is 14 minutes, so this is definitely a challenge, but hey, who doesn't like to sing with Frampton and the harmonica?
