You need to complete some things in the Feng Shui gossip map of your home. It can be useful if you have two pens of different colors, a pencil, a piece of paper, a ruler, a protractor and a directional compass. It would also be helpful if your paper was divided into grids, but this is not required.
Here are the steps to create a Feng Shui gossip map of your home:
Step 1. Draw the outline of the house on the paper so that the outline is as large as possible to make it almost fill the paper.
Step 2. Draw a small circle with a radius of about 5 cm [2.5 inches] in the center of the paper [the outline of your house].
Step 3. Stand in front of the house and use the compass to identify the north and south. Use the ruler to help you make small pencil marks on the circumference to correspond to the North and South. Draw a pencil line on the circle to connect the two points.
Step 4. This step is a tricky part. You will divide the outline of your home into eight areas of gossip. To do this, you need your protractor. Place the protractor so that the bottom of the protractor is on the north-south line you draw on the circle. Align the point north with 0 degrees on the protractor. Now mark 22.5 degrees, 67.5 degrees, 112.5 degrees and 157.5 degrees on the circumference with a pen. Turn the protractor to a circle so that the baseline is still on the north-south line, but this time it shows 0 degrees at the south point. The above steps were repeated by making marks at 22.5 degrees, 67.5 degrees, 112.5 degrees, and 157.5 degrees. You should now have 8 pen marks on the circumference. The circle should now be divided into 8 equal segments [ignoring the pencil line]. Now use your ruler again to continue each line until it matches the outline of your house. The outline of your house should now be divided into 8 areas.
Step 5. Mark each area in 8 directions. Starting from the north [this is the area that passes through it from north to south] marks each area north, northeast, east, southeast, south, west, west, and northwest in a clockwise direction. Once this is done, you can now delete the north-south line that you no longer need.
Step 6. Add five elements to the Bagua map. Starting from the east, moving clockwise, the elements appear in the following order; wood, wood, fire, earth, metal, metal, water, earth.
Step 7. Now use a pen of different colors to draw the room in the outline so that you have a plan for the first floor of the house.
