Hey, wet, Chinese medicine

Internal humidity and sputum

Moisture and phlegm are accumulations in the body that can make us feel awkward and embarrassing. Or just heavy and tired. When our diet is out of sync with our bodies, our minds are working overtime, or when the weather is very humid and humid, we tend to stagnate due to dampness and paralysis.

Wet from

It is generally considered to be a thicker/heavier viscosity than sputum, although it may not be as obvious on the signs. Humidity is felt in the weight of the body and in the blurring of the mind, and can be seen in the tongue coating.

sputum from

Thinner, showing a runny nose or a damp cough.

Wet and phlegm symptoms

·Fog head

· poor memory

· It's hard to wake up

· Low energy, especially after eating

· Stool

·Inattention

·White belt

·Damp pus skin condition

Wet and awkward signs

·The tongue is swollen and has tooth marks

·White coating on the tongue

·Runny nose, especially after greasy/dairy products

·Zipan

One of the signs of moisture is thick tongue coating and swelling of the tongue. Sometimes the coating of the tongue is very thick and white, especially among people who consume large amounts of dairy products, such as yogurt and milk. These people often scrape off the coating of the tongue because it is too thick! This does not address the root cause of the wet problem, just remove one of the indicators.

Moisture and cockroaches accumulate for several different reasons. We can initially classify the causes into two categories: internal and external routes.

internal from

Moist/痰 may accumulate for the following reasons:

1. Excessive stress/stress causes insufficient temper [digestive energy] to cope with all the moist foods ingested, resulting in slow digestion.

2. Poor diet. Too much dairy, greasy, greasy, fat, sweet, cold, raw and rich natural foods.

external from

Moist/痰 may accumulate for the following reasons:

1. A humid environment. tropical climate. Air conditioning blasts for a long time on a hot day.

2. The two weeks between each season will change, especially the end of the summer, which is considered to be "summer end." Or ' Wet' We expect the time that the moisture will accumulate during the year.

Chinese medicine is based on the 5-yuan theory. Fire, earth, metal, water and wood.

Each element is related to the seasons, organs, emotions and functions. Humidity is most closely related to the Earth. Earth element refers to the end of summer, the organ of the spleen and stomach.

The work of the spleen and stomach is to convert food and water into energy, and the rest is converted into waste. However, sometimes when the system is exhausted and the things cannot be properly converted due to, for example, a rich diet, the remaining remaining residue cannot be effectively referred to as moisture. Chinese medicine also pointed out that when moist soil flows out of the earth element, it is contained in the metal element; this is the lung and the large intestine. This can explain why sometimes we eat greasy fish and chips or milkshakes and get a runny nose, cough or dirrhea.

It is very humid and likes to drain. Sometimes it doesn't do this because it gets blocked and coughs. There are several ways to get rid of moisture. First, we want to reduce the food that increases the problem. Then we want to use herbs and acupuncture to open the pores of the skin, disperse by sweat, wash by faeces or urinate. Then we will use a mild diet, exercise, herbs and acupuncture to enhance digestion.

Matter and energy

A good way to explain Chinese medicine, and what we call "digestive fire" #39; is through basic physical principles.

Matter and energy. The two basic aspects of nature are fire and water. We can refer to these two elements as matter [water] and energy [fire]. Everything is in the form of matter and energy. Matter is a more concentrated form with less vibration and energy as a more dispersed and insubstantial form of highly vibrating electrons and protons.

This says that the two are interchangeable; life and nature are constantly changing. We are made up of matter. We are driven by passion, emotion, will and love. In this case, we can say that this is "energy." Or the fire of life. Therefore, we are made up of energy-driven substances. But what promotes this energy? Food, air and water. So we have life, or this inner fire, we want to add fuel or wood. What kind of wood do we add to the campfire?

What is the burden of digesting fire?

When we want to fire, we need good, light and dry wood; like to ignite. We noticed that when we put the green stick on the fire it smokes and blunts the flame. Similarly, if we put a large piece of wet wood on the fire, we may completely extinguish it.

The spleen and stomach are like dry, light food. Such heavy, greasy, greasy, raw and thin foods are not reinforcing what has been digested. It's like throwing a big heavy wet wood on a small fire. Goodbye fire!

We need to start with easy-to-digest cereals and cooked foods, not over-processing. This is our ignition.

Reduce moisture and digestion and digest food

Cooked whole wheat: rice, oats, barley, rye, millet, buckwheat, pearl barley, buckwheat, leeks, corn

Vegetables: beans [if you can tolerate gas], celery, pumpkin, radish, alfalfa, green leafy vegetables

Meat/Protein: A small amount of cooked [even slow cook/stewed] is a good and moist drain. Beef, lamb, chicken.

Spices/Vanilla: Ginger is very suitable for warming digestive fires, especially in porridge. Cardamom, cinnamon, fennel, paprika, cumin and pepper are all digested.

Food should avoid increasing moisture and reducing digestive fire

Basically, too much raw material, cold, sweet, oily or mucous food.

Too many raw fruits, vegetables, bean sprouts, juice, cold food in the refrigerator, salad, and excess sushi.

Eat late at night

Excessive eating

Not chewing properly

Processed foods such as pastries, pork, duck, salad, wheat grass, avocado, banana, tofu, soy milk [soybean is 50% fat and oil], eggs, chocolate, ice cream, smoothies, ice water, lamb, milk product.

A raw or salad diet sounds great and clean, but it may not be good for everyone. A very hot, red person with a strong physique will benefit a lot, although a thin, pale, tired person will get worse. It's all due to their condition, digesting fire and eating.

Further improve digestion and reduce excess body weight

When the digestive fire is reduced and we put more wrong food, we get the remaining residue. This is what we call moist. This moist energy has become more fundamental. The remaining material can be deposited as fat or become a stronger substance, such as a cyst.

The way to reduce this situation is:

Reduce moisture accumulation food

Restore digestive fire

Become active and exercise every day

Clear the mind through meditation and relaxing breathing
