Everything you need to know about the Silat Martial Arts Training System

Silat is one of the oldest forms of martial arts in the world. It is well known throughout the world, but has traditionally followed and practiced in Malaysia, Singapore and southern Thailand. This martial arts style is also commonly used in Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, the Philippines and Brunei and put into practice. Many years ago, in the Malay Islands, the locals were trained and proficient in this martial arts. This martial arts is part of their culture, so the locals acquired the Silat training system.

The training system has developed seven secret disciplines. These subjects are Bunga [martial arts attack and defensive positions], Jurus [highlighting and defensive action], Belebat [silat activity in defensive positions], Tapak [leg movement or pattern of legs or legs on the floor], Buah Pukul [based on the self-defense movement of the Bunga Silat movement], Tempur Seni [the art of fighting in silat, the art and scientific method between the two silat indices] and Tempur Beladiri [the fast movement of the silat sparring, emphasizing silat's purposeful self-defense skills ]. As the index is given to a higher level in the silat Pelampas activity. Pelampas is a self-defense exercise or training for both hands and legs, and the instructor needs to practice every time outside the training session. Hundreds of years ago, these activities were introduced by the Silat Masters to refine the skills of the silat index.

Today, people from all over the world are fascinated and focused on this gorgeous and unique form of silat martial arts. Millions of people around the world are interested in learning this martial art and mastering it through an appropriate training system. Masters and experts at Silat have established training schools and research institutes around the world to pass on skills to others and to erode Silat as an art form to the world. Agility and flexibility, self-defense actions, and behaviors familiar to their practitioners make people from different parts of the world, especially those from European countries, overwhelmed.

Silat martial arts come in different styles and forms and can be mastered through intensive training. The most common and widely practiced styles include joint manipulation, blade weapons and various other mergers. It's not just combat skills and tactics; it has a very beautiful and seductive spiritual aspect that is ingrained.

Because Silat is not only a part of a national culture, it is also part of different cultures and customs. Although this martial art transcends religion, it has many interesting aspects. Therefore, in Malaysia, most Silat masters are Muslims because Silat expresses their Islamic rules. In the Philippines, Silat is also known as Kali, which combines the Catholic faith code, and in Bali, also known as Pencak Silat, which provides Hindu creeds.
