Energetic Anatomy - A Graphical Guide to Understanding and Using the Human Energy System

I found Markridge's "Energetic Anatomy: A Graphical Guide to Understanding and Using the Human Energy System" is an interesting and informative reading. This book looks at the energy we have and how we can effectively understand and use energy. From Carlos Castaneda and Tom Brown, Jr. The rich pictures of books and teachings, things I am familiar with, his own martial arts, Qigong and treatments. I like to read more about Rich's martial arts and Qigong exercises, because I also have two backgrounds, but this is only a small problem.

The book is short, 149 pages and easy to read. Rich writes in a personal style, and most of the book is based on his own beliefs and experiences, but is a reference to other sources. Once again, I like to read more about his teachings and where he studies and so on. There are also some Rich experiences that are a bit hard to understand, and I believe some readers may be disqualified for some of this information. I hate people who give up the whole book because they don't understand it, because I believe that we don't know much about the energy that everyone has, and the ideas provided in this book will be part of the whole. Many people study and use the body's energy system.

The author explains how he entered the energy work and his basic description of the human energy system. This includes a vibrant core, a vibrant cone, an energy meridian, and the tube complexes and rope bundles it describes. I personally did not "see" these cones and tubes as the author said, but I do think it provides a "vision" because we consider our energy and its motion.

I really like the chapter on health, because as a person who has studied martial arts and qigong, I do believe that energy is an important part of health and fitness. Rich provides some exercises through the text to help the reader better understand the human energy system. I have not tried all of these exercises, but see where they can do health, breathing and energy work. I don't know if my own experience, beliefs and training are consistent with Rich's owners, but it doesn't matter, they don't have to. I appreciate his views and experiences and learn from them. There are a lot of things we don't understand about our energy and how it works. Mark Rich's book provides guidance for a better understanding of our energy. I recommend those who work in the human energy field and those who want to have different views on the human energy system.
