Effective morning exercise for martial artists

There are countless martial arts trainings that may be effective. If you are getting up early in the morning, try the following martial arts training. This only applies to birds that get up early.

Being the only person near dawn or sunrise has something special. There are some special things to train in loneliness... or to train quietly with close friends, partners or students.

If you can train outdoors, in the fresh air, this has some extra benefits, but it is not necessary. No matter where you exercise, try to listen to the morning sounds of the city or country. Tighten your ears; listen to the rhythm you can practice. Or focus on unique sounds and try to identify them as you perform your technique.

Note: When your body unconsciously performs precise techniques, figuring out how to consciously recognize sound is almost a psychological problem. It almost forces an unintentional state, teaching the body to react without being allowed to focus on the technology itself.

In addition, use the early morning website during training. Focus on the beauty of the sunrise while performing in the form or Kata. When you repeat the blow, check the cloud in the distance. The use of vision and hearing in early morning exercises differs from your focus on analysis, adjustment and improvement. In the early hours of the morning, you are teaching yourself to perform in a calm state of mind. You use privacy to empty your mind and training.

Actual martial arts training routine
Start slowly in the morning. Let your body wake up. Some slow extensions as you appreciate the sun crawling on the horizon. Do you know how to pay tribute to the sun? How about different stretching exercises?

Next, progress to a slow kata or form. Tai Chi and Chi Gung are perfect for this early slow workout. Or how to perform at Sil Lum Tao in Wing Chun. Make the first form, or any kata of your choice, take your time. Emphasize your smooth skills.

After your form / kata, stretch your legs. In fact, use some of the legs to raise, kick or jump the ball to heat them. Now, it's time to kick some. Again, start slowly, but this time, progress with faster speed and strength. You want to start sweating.

If it is not "kicking the sky", then you can use some fists, eye thorns or elbows instead. The point is to start slowly and then speed up. You want to break into a little bit of sweat. I like my morning habits to be shorter than ordinary martial arts classes. Enough to make me passionate about the art of the day is what I am looking for.

So, for my last practice, I practiced some practical things - useful in real self-defense situations. I want to end my martial arts training with a skill or a series of actions. In a sense, these actions will prepare me for the rest of the time.

This morning is a special moment that can be practiced peacefully. As I said at the beginning, there are many possible routines. Here you can practice while enjoying the morning scenery and sound. What a good single training method! If you practice with your partner, I suggest you practice silently side by side. Or maybe you can roll [bite] without hitting - again, quietly.
