Dynamic Chux - DVD Review with Mitch Thomas

Since Bruce Lee made the nunchaku in the movie famous, martial artists like to swing, spin and whipping them. "Dynamic Chux: Fast and Gorgeous Nunchaku Techniques for Forms and Presentations" and Mitch Thomas teach a variety of skills to help you master this martial arts. If you are a martial artist, or someone who has seen kung fu movies but wants to learn nunchakus now, this DVD will take you from novice to an expert. If you practice Thomas' teaching, that's it.

Paladin's studio is a great place to shoot this DVD. The camera angle, including the overhead cam, captures all the actions Thomas has said. The value of slow-motion photography to the teaching of DVDs and helps viewers learn fast and gorgeous moves. Thomas teaches these skills in a clear way, making it easy to follow and learn with him.

The 100 minute DVD is divided into the following chapters: Basic Fluctuations, Rotation, Figure 8, Bounce, Send, Capture, Pass, Roll, Cufflinks, Hand Position Change, Rotation, Heavy Chux and Long Chain Chux, Dual Chux & Chuk Flow A Short Block The mouth really ended the plan.

One thing I like about this app is that it focuses on forms and presentations using nunchakus. Thomas did not attempt to sell the nunchaku as the ultimate self-defense weapon. The nunchaku is not something you have to defend yourself. However, they are things you can enjoy a lot of fun, improve your hand speed and coordination, and impress others, especially those who are amazed at martial arts movies but never trained.

This is a very good DVD to learn how to use nunchakus. I recommend anyone who wants to learn or improve their proficiency in this martial arts weapon. Practice with Thomas and you will also be whipped through the basics and advanced actions in this lesson plan. Any nunchaku lovers are highly recommended.
