Don Sano Bongiorno's Little Sicilian Chicken Cheese 捻

Chicken has always been a popular nutritious dish. There are many ways to prepare a delicious chicken dinner, as some countries have different recipes and flavors.

Today, I will share with you my chicken recipe that my mother made for us when we were young. She smiled at us from heaven today and knew she was doing very well. Ok, first you pick up some boneless, peeled chicken breasts. If you have a big diners, you may want to consider one and a half people, sometimes even two, unless you have your own small garden at home, you should buy some fresh basil leaves. Oh, if it doesn't get basil, it's not Italian. You can get the slice, but it's not as good as I showed you.

Now, on a clean cutting board, lay the chicken breast with the smooth side up and cut a few slits horizontally at the top, about half an inch deep.

Put the oven to about 400o.

If not, you can use aluminum foil to line up the pot, at least with a non-stick spray. Put the chicken breasts out and insert a slice of basil in each open slice, half a slice of fresh tomato [Roman is great, but any tomato is fine.] Add a thick mozzarella cheese. Finally, slip in a thin piece of fresh garlic.

Now, gently brush a thin layer of olive oil on the chicken. Some people like what they call Italian seasonings, but I prefer salt, pepper, a little sugar and some oregano.

Marsala [practicing a national drink in Sicily!] This is delicious, but don't drink the whole bottle because you may burn your chicken.

After about twenty minutes, you should check the chicken. I used them to test one of the small metal strings of the cake. If it is clean, your chicken is finished. If not, then you can turn off the oven and let the chicken stay inside for another ten to fifteen minutes.

Although this is happening, you can choose pasta: spaghetti, rigatoni, most pasta or may be good old elbow macaroni. Children like this, I bet my father likes it too.

For a delicious sauce, put a lightly chopped garlic in a pan filled with olive oil. When it gets very hot, throw in the chopped onions, celery and green peppers. Once you look a lot, add some broth, or, if not, use some powdered beef or chicken or tomato broth, one teaspoon per cup. Not too much. It is what you think you need for your family.

After boiling it for a few minutes, tighten it, add a can of tomato sauce, cook a can of cooked tomato, and cook for a few more minutes.

You can enjoy fresh green salad and Parmesan cheese at the table, and you can enjoy a delicious dinner, and the family will think that you really like them, even if it is just a cooking routine.

Ingredients:

Chicken Tano

  • One per person or 1-1 / 2 boneless, peeled chicken breast
  • One pound of mozzarella cheese
  • Two / three fresh roma tomatoes
  • Three/four cloves of fresh garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Quarter pound of fresh basil leaves

Boil and add:

  • Chopped pepper
  • Chopped fresh basil [anything left with chicken stuffing
  • a small jar of ketchup
  • a can of tomato

The sauce should be slowly cooked until it is slightly thicker.
