Bruce Lee's exercise program - his training secrets are revealed!

Looking at Bruce Lee, many people want to know more about Bruce Lee's exercise program. There is no doubt: Bruce Lee's abdominal muscles are simply amazing! His body looks very tearing. So what is his training like?

First, the facts are as follows: Bruce Lee is 5 feet 7.5 inches [171 cm] tall and weighs 135 pounds [59 kg]. When he was trying weight training, he weighed 160 pounds [73 kg]. Believe it or not: his body fat percentage is less than 6%!

Arnold Schwarzenegger once said to Bruce Lee: "He means a very clear physique. He looks very unbelievable."

Bruce Lee's doctor, Dr. Langford, even claimed that Li's body fat content was less than one percent! Do you believe?

Now, take a look at Bruce Lee's exercise habits - six hours a day, one Saturday night [!]:

1] Monday, Wednesday and Friday:

- Abdominal muscles and stretching exercises, [2 hours]

  - Running [2 hours]: Change the speed at 5 minute intervals. Typical sports: 5,9 miles [9.5 km] in 45 minutes

  - Arm/hand speed practice [1 hour]

  - Jump rope [800 hops]

2] Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday:

- Abs&Stretching [2 hours]

  - Weight training [2 hours]. These include: squats, anti-curls, concentration curls, French presses, and wrist curls and reverse wrist curls

  - Leg practice/biking [2 hours]

As you can see, abdominal exercise is a major part of exercise. In fact, Lee is convinced that the abdominal muscles are one of the most important muscle groups of martial artists, because almost every movement requires abdominal exercise.

In fact, in addition to all his books on fitness and anatomy, Lee even has a separate folder with regular articles about developing abdominal muscles. He has five special ab exercises, three of which are practiced daily. The five are:

Now, if you want to get visible abdominal muscles, you need to know two things:

2] Sit-ups are not the best exercise! For example, a motion called "abdominal bicycle" is more effective.
