A key feature of the discovered existence is balance. You have not fully evolved, but if you want to get there, you have to be balanced. Your behavior must strike a balance between normal work life, games and personal/mental growth. Because these things are so different in nature, you can't calculate balance in equal time.

The correct number of each is not calculated by outbound actions, but by inward attention calculations. In other words, you should be able to observe yourself while hiking or working.

That arm became useless, and Fakir did not unnecessarily get the benefits he needed. You must live on the road that suits you best. Every day may change as you grow up, so don't fix today's exercises based on last week. But considering the season, time and world you live in, or traveling, let your practice and effort fit every day. When you become strong enough, you will be able to practice and carry it with you. world. Until then, if you didn't develop yourself with a firm but gentle hand, you might break yourself and lose interest.

You must also consider that more than one thing does not make up for the excess of another. Work steadily and diligently, but not enthusiastically, consciously, and always practicing.

Mysterious practices have existed for thousands of years, and some very fortunate people have become enlightened because of them, while others have only improved their lives.

Many people do not take seriously the problem of meditation practice and partly because few people actually get any obvious results. If people don't see that practice and effort are worthwhile, it's hard to work hard.

The reason for the lack of success seems to be the way in which the thinking function of meditation practice works.

Imagine if you were hungry to the restaurant, get food, and try to push it directly into your stomach. If your hunger does not appear, you will only feel more depressed, but you will still feel hungry.

Think of this idea as a way for all of us to think, and we try to get information in ways that don't fit the organs that need nutrition. Food must be placed in the mouth and follow the necessary path to the stomach. Knowledge and awakening are the same, they must follow a specific path, a path different from the way we currently operate. If you don't know exactly how the idea of ​​digesting and absorbing such information is acceptable, then thinking will open up new perceptions and gain potentially surprising insights.

The ultimate goal is enlightenment, awakening, ultimate reality consciousness, truth, God, or whatever you might think is the reason for all beings. There is no separation in a sober and conscious life. It is no longer the two sides of the same coin, that is, it is still separated. Everything exists at the same time. When this pattern of consciousness is reached, pain, pain, and all things that cause desire do not have any effect, because nothing is not needed, because nothing is lacking. Everything is there now.
