100 days before my iron palm training

I have trained an iron wrist for more than 100 days now. As you may know, Iron Palm is a kungfu training program designed to make your hands harder so that you can work harder without hurting yourself.

When it comes to this, it seems that there are 100 days of special significance. I even saw some programs called "100 Days Iron Hand", which can teach you a quick way to break bricks like a professional in just a few months.

My experience is a bit different, but I also take the time to go slower rather than faster. I know that if you try to progress too fast, you will hurt yourself [I even did it before] so I started very slowly and gradually increased over time.

I started with an iron tote [a canvas bag] filled with mung beans.

I have been recording my training records. The following is a summary of the first 100 days or so.

The first 10 days I just started and got used to the plan. I started to hit the ball 20 times with each hand. I let my hand fall on the iron tote instead of hitting it with muscle strength. I know that there are traditional reasons for doing this, but I just did it to ease it.

By the 30th day, it has become part of my routine. I don't think this is new, it's just another part of my training. My hands are starting to feel different. Because of the lack of a better description, they feel that they have more "energy" than before. It is entirely possible that this is only in my mind, because I also spent more time thinking about my hand.

On the 40th day, I increased the number of repetitions to 25 times with each hand. The training is very interesting and I am looking forward to it.

While performing Qigong training on the 47th day, my arm felt some strange feelings and felt like surfing. I don't know what to do, although I know that many people will say that this is airflow in my arms, but I am not sure if I believe it.

The same feeling happened again on the 51st day.

On the 8th day, I increased the number of shots per hand by 35 times. I feel that I have made progress at this point. When I pack, I can't feel my hand.

Day 100! I feel that I have completed the beginner stage and are on the road to good conditions. Occasionally I will turn to a bag full of gravel, like a middle bag.

I did not see 100 days as the goal. I see it as the beginning. I am now ready to take my training to a new level.
