Now, I want to mention first, I think all forms of Tai Chi are great, Yang, Chen, Wu, Sun. I did find that Tai Chi is very challenging to learn without a good teacher and regular classes. Qigong, how to learn and practice more easily. Qigong can help your gas, gas or gas move quickly, even at home. Qigong also comes in many forms. Some are very complicated and some are easier. You can get the most from the Qigong practice... you practice!
