Children spend two whole summer weeks on several Thematic Activities that are all conducted in Spanish by native teachers.
All activities provide children with a unique Language and Culture Immersion Experience while they engage in:
•Arts & Crafts (children make a craft and take it home)
•Story Time (children listen and interact)
•Hands-on Geography (children learn to place Hispanic countries)
•Scavenger Hunts (Indoor fun)
•High-Energy Games
•Parachute Time
•Music & Movement (Latino and Hispanic Rhythms included)
•Break a Piñata (Hispanic party game)
•"El Mercado" (Flea Market game)
•Face-Painting
•"Indoor Trips" to the Mall's playground … and much more!
Themes for each week as follows:
JUNE 13-17 "PASAPORTES MINI" LATIN AMERICAN EDITION.
From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
A unique "traveling" and cultural adventure where children learn through geography, society and the arts. We will "visit" Puerto Rico, Colombia, Mexico, and Guatemala. This is a hands on memorable experience!
JULY 18-22 "MIS LUGARES FAVORITOS".
From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
We will "visit" imaginary places including the beach, the park, the zoo and the candy store. Children will be engaged in many fun, hands on activities about their favorite places!
Children will be placed in groups depending on their Spanish level.
-Beginners -Intermediate -Advanced.
No Spanish knowledge required to register.
Regular Price 5 per child. 10% discount for siblings.
