FAQs - Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the Summit? Yes - What are my transport/parking options getting to the Summit? There is paid car park available at UNCC, Bangkok. - Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the Summit? Yes, please bring the registration confirmation with you. -The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? No, registration/ticket name needs to match the attendee name. Only registered and approved prior to the Summit attendees are allowed to enter the UN compound. - Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes; to transfer your ticket please e-mail to tsgreen@aidforum.org - How can I update my registration information? Cancellation by delegate: should you be unable to attend the Summit you may nominate a substitute to attend in your place. You must contact us in advance of the Summit to substitute as on-the-day changes will not be accepted. If you do not wish to nominate a substitute we will give you a refund less a 20% handling charge for all cancellations received in writing (e.g. email) 30 days before the Summit date. After this date no refunds will be given.We do not accept verbal cancellations. If you do not receive a reply to your cancellation request please contact us immediately on +44 (0)20 7871 0188. Cancellation by us: if we are obliged to cancel the Summit for any reason we will fully refund the delegate fees already paid. If we are obliged to postpone a conference we will offer the registered attendees the opportunity to rebook for the new Summit date at the same rate or we will cancel the attendance and fully refund the delegate fees already paid. We are not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by you or your company if a conference is cancelled or postponed. - What is included in the Summit fee? The ticket covers the whole day of the Summit and includes participating at all conference sessions, workshops, networking sessions, lunch and refreshments. - Is travel and accommodation included in the ticket price? Please note: the Summit fee does not include travel and accommodation. Please refer to our website for travel indications and partner hotels. - What is the maximum number of delegates per organisation? In order to ensure maximum networking opportunities and a well-balanced audience a maximum of 3 delegates from each participating organisation is allowed. - Visa invitation letter It is the delegate's responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Thailand and apply for an appropriate visa, if necessary. Delegates should ensure that they apply for their visa, if required, in good time before travelling to Thailand.
