Qigong, Qigong or Qigong literally means "life energy cultivation" is a practice of adjusting the breath, movement and consciousness of exercise, healing and meditation. Fundamentally speaking, Chinese medicine, martial arts and philosophy, traditionally, Qigong is a practice of cultivating and balancing Qi [chi] or being translated as "inner life energy".

Often, Qigong exercises involve rhythmic breathing, accompanied by slow, stylized repetition of smooth movements, a calm mindset, and visualization of the body through the body. Qigong is now practiced in China and around the world.
